These leaded window quilts are made by by tracing the pattern onto paper-backed fusible web on the back of black fabric, carefully cutting out all the piece,s and attaching them to a large background piece of fabric. Next comes tedious stitching around the edge of black piece which permanently attaches the leading and quilts at the same time.
